As most women are, I was really worried if I was going to go too big or too small; I did a lot of research but the nice thing was that I was allowed to choose for myself. If it were too big, I am sure the doctor would have warned me. I chose the perfect size and followed his instructions carefully. The ending result was amazing and now I feel like my age!

I don’t have any before pics because I hated my body and never went without a sports bra. The end result is incredible. The one caveat is that recovery is a bitch. Downtime is long and hard for an athlete. I was in a lot of pain for nearly three weeks…but keep in mind I also refused narcotics. Seven weeks later, I’m at about 85% of my normal strength and stamina.
